(hereby referred to as “SwoshsVPN”, “us”, “we”, “our”, “our service/s”) operate with a conjoining set of policies regarding handling the user’s privacy and terms of service.

The user agrees to the terms of service contained herein. By accepting the terms in the Agreement, you are also accepting SwoshsVPN’s Privacy Policy. By accessing the content or by using our services, you agree to comply with the legal conditions set by the Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms put forth in the Agreement, then you may not use our services.
We retain the right to review and alter the Terms of Service within the limits of applicable law at any time. SwoshsVPN’s Terms of Service may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without notice or liability. If you continue using our website, apps, service, and content then you agree to the updated Terms of Service. All updated Terms of Service will be available for viewing on the website and app (open Settings and view Terms of Service). You may be notified via email which you used to create an account and establish communication with us. You agree that it is your obligation to review these changes once notified.
SwoshsVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) that provides enhanced cyber security and online privacy via virtual servers. By rendering our service active, third-party entities cannot monitor your internet traffic including but not limited to websites you visit, media you stream, and content you download. Our paid service includes additional security features to further enhance your internet security.
Our list of servers allows you to connect to a virtual encrypted tunnel that changes your IP address to any country listed in our country nodes. We do not keep any data logs on our customer activity while connected to any VPN server location. Every server solicits a strict no-log policy that cannot be decrypted by anyone including us.
It is of that, your usage of our service is your responsibility and risk. You are solely responsible for the use of our service (see Acceptable Use of Policy and Accountability)
We do not under any circumstance support or encourage our services employed for any illegal or criminal activity. It is hereby declared that SwoshsVPN is not liable for any illegal actions which take place while connected to our VPN network.
SwoshsVPN services may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without notice or liability.
SwoshsVPN guarantees a strict privacy policy and no-log keeping on your browser history, traffic, and data content. Every user wishing to use SwoshsVPN is subject to creating an account. It is with this account, that you’ll register the right to sign in on our application, allowing SwoshsVPN to track payments, and manage your subscription per our services. You are solely responsible for your account and any activity conducted on your device even if you’re connected to any of our VPN servers. The security, authentication, and confidentiality of your account details are also the personal responsibility of the user.
We may collect some of your personal information such as your email address and payment information. We only collect such information to improve our services, website navigation, and app usage. We abide by the Privacy Policy which serves you. You may visit our Privacy Policy page to get a clearer understanding of how we handle your data and other information regarding your usage of SwoshsVPN.
It is strictly prohibited to trade, sell, or auction your SwoshsVPN account with another individual(s). Any user partaking, organizing, or assisting in such practices will have their account terminated without prior notice. We uphold the right to terminate your SwoshsVPN account at any time. We are not liable for any lost or stolen credentials related to the SwoshsVPN services.

SwoshsVPN may provide various tools to help you disseminate your Unique Referral Link. You may also share your Unique Referral Link via email and social media. SwoshsVPN reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend (RAF) Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the RAF Program. Any fraud or abuse can result in the immediate termination of your account.
The SwoshsVPN application can be downloaded free of charge from our official website, Google Play Store, and the App Store. Any new platform or extension SwoshsVPN will be present and shall be updated on the official website and media platforms associated with it. You can subscribe to a standard free-of-charge 1-day trial (72 hours upon retrieving the subscription) and can extend the subscription for a fee you agree to pay the package sum on your own accord hereby upgrading your status to a Premium user.
SwoshsVPN offers other forms of subscription by promotions. Each promotion will be set with an agreed price (or free trial) and duration separate from that of the default packages. SwoshsVPN may also offer non-paid subscription packages to affiliates or influencers wishing to partake in the programs set by SwoshsVPN to which the user agrees to participate.
In certain cases of a free coupon or Refer a Friend program, you are not subjected to paying the subscription for the limited time offered. However, you won’t be able to continue with our services after the said expiry date of the coupon or Refer a Friend program without choosing a paid subscription plan. The user also agrees to abide by the Refer a Friend program and the free coupon benefits and usage.
By subscribing to the service, you agree to become a subscriber for the period you have selected (such as 1 month or 1 year).
SwoshsVPN requires you to create a user account and provide a valid email address. It is with this email address you shall grant access to establish a communication with us through our support email address support@swoshsvpn.com or by contacting our Support Center. All payment information and transactions are communicated to you by us via your valid email address including but not limited to subscription fees, refunds, and discounts. You agree to provide a valid email address and establish communication by said means. If by any means, there is missing, false, inaccurate, misleading, malicious information, then we have the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and access to our services.
SwoshsVPN does not implement auto-renewal for any available package on the SwoshsVPN website and app. It is the user’s responsibility to activate a new billing charge towards the expiration date of the purchased subscription. The user may purchase a new subscription at any time after the current subscription expires.
You are granted (5) five devices for a single subscription license.
SwoshsVPN’s goal is to deliver the finest service to all our users. However, under special circumstances, some users do not wish to continue with our services and will wish for a refund or cancelation of their subscription. Refunds are instantly applicable within the initial 30 days after purchasing a SwoshsVPN subscription (money-back guarantee.) Upon purchasing a SwoshsVPN subscription, you will have up to 30 days to request a refund subject to the Terms of Service. Depending on the payment method you used to create an account, third-party providers are processed per their system of work.
As a customer of SwoshsVPN, you retain the right to terminate your subscription at any time and will deactivate it at the end of the current billing period.
We hold the right to cancel your account at any time should you violate the Agreement per SwoshsVPN’s Terms of Service. Thereby, no refund shall be granted in the event of the user violating the said Terms of Service and your account will immediately cease to function regardless if you have remaining time on your subscription.
You have the right to delete your account at any given time via the app in My Account & Settings and on the official website through the Account Settings under My Account. Once deleted, you cannot reuse the email address to create a SwoshsVPN account unless you purchase a package.
SwoshsVPN provides users with a virtual private network to accommodate their online needs and is accessible to many parts of the world. You must abide by your country of residence’s laws regarding your use of SwoshsVPN as per the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to follow the rules provided by the government or authority in alignment with our Terms of Service.
You fully understand that it is your responsibility to keep your SwoshsVPN account information confidential. Upon activating your account, you are responsible for your actions and activities. In such an event where your account has been accessed by someone else by any means and without your authorization, you are advised to contact us immediately so that we may revoke your account credentials and issue your new ones.
Any misconduct or misuse of our service can result in refusal of any service, suspension of accounts, termination of accounts, or limiting access to any user violating the rules and regulations (See list below.) Having done the said misconduct in following our Terms of Service, we may evaluate the case and conduct an investigation into the matter. Hence, we may be granted temporary immunity for the case and will reserve the right to access your personal information for SwoshsVPN’s sole protection. You agree that SwoshsVPN may terminate your account or take any legal action or measure provided by the law WITHOUT providing a refund for our services even if a payment has already been made.
You must comply with the use of the software and app according to the rules and regulations. You are solely liable is using our services that may not conform to the local laws and regulations of your country.

SwoshsVPN implements a bonus reward system available on the app on all of our available devices. You may participate in the bonus point system in course with using our service. It is designed to increase your VPN usage. You are eligible to participate in the bonus reward system ONLY if you are a premium user; users on a free trial cannot avail the points.
The conditions contained herein may be changed, altered, added, modified, or removed. Should you have bonus points in an event where the bonus system has been terminated, you shall receive compensation for your usage. A user can gain bonus points by:
Any refunded subscription will automatically render the bonus points redundant and will be withdrawn from your account to be redeemed.
By agreeing and complying with the Agreement, you will be granted a non-exclusive and limited license to download and use SwoshsVPN. You are not authorized to distribute to unauthorized parties, reverse engineer, modify, reformat, or any other way that is not authorized by us. You are prohibited from using SwoshsVPN’s intellectual property rights unless you have been given written consent by us.
The applicable Terms of Service shall be administered and constituted in the English language. Should any conflict arise between us, then the English language version of the Terms of Service shall govern and control any subsequent translation.
We have translated our written content in multiple languages thus some context and meanings may not serve any purpose if a conflict were to come forth by us or you. All translation has been revised to their best effort to comply and serve our users whose language is anything other than English.
SwoshsVPN may collaborate with third-party entities. These collaborations may include providing links and posting information on their websites and social media platforms. SwoshsVPN is not liable for any content provided by third parties, nor can we guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, and validity of information posted on said third-party websites that may be linked from SwoshsVPN.
Hence, we cannot guarantee the customer privacy provided by third parties.
SwoshsVPN does not guarantee an error-free experience when using our applications and services under all circumstances. Due to the nature of our services, we may encounter technical challenges from time to time, resulting in reduced speed, uptime, and poor service quality. Our services may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed in some cases due to circumstances beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party failures, transmissions, equipment, or network problems or limitations, interference, or signal strength; and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. Because of interruptions or performance difficulties with the administration, communications services, or networks, we are not liable for data, messages, or pages that are lost, not delivered, delayed or misdirected. To safeguard subscribers or the Service, we may impose use or service restrictions, suspend service, cancel VPN accounts, or ban specific types of usage at our sole discretion. Delays or omissions of our Service may occur if the precision and punctuality of data received are not guaranteed.
User experience will vary depending on which nodes are being used for local connectivity, and other external factors that are not within our jurisdiction. Therefore, we will facilitate any failures from SwoshsVPN, but we cannot guarantee a high service level under said circumstances.
Whereby SwoshsVPN, its partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages that may occur in the event of said circumstances.
SwoshsVPN reserves the right to investigate matters we consider to be violations of these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, in our sole discretion and without notice, remove, block, filter, or restrict by any means any materials or information that we consider to be actual or potential violations of the restrictions outlined in this Agreement, and any other activities that may subject SwoshsVPN or our customers to liability. These rights include the right to terminate your account or take any other legal measure provided by law. SwoshsVPN does not hold any liability for any possible failure to do so.
SwoshsVPN withholds any liability (with maximum extent) should you experience any loss or damage while using our service. SwoshsVPN will not be liable for any loss or damages directly, indirectly, consequential, or incidental.
By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you agree that SwoshsVPN is not liable for any harm, damage, threat, attack, or leak which may occur if you decide to use our services. You also recognize that SwoshsVPN is not liable for any losses, claims, damages, or costs. You agree to hold harmless SwoshsVPN employees, directors, officers, members, partners, agents, suppliers, shareholders, and any affiliate should you pursue any legal action against us.
You’re unadvised to use our service from anything outside this Agreement, however, should you act upon it, SwoshsVPN does not hold any accountability, liability, or responsibility. You also agree not to hold SwoshsVPN and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, subsidiaries, co-branders, and investors responsible for any alleged claim or demand, including attorney’s fees by any third party.
Should you pursue any legal action against us, we are not liable for any legal costs as a result of violating our Terms of Service or any action directed at a third party while utilizing our services.
SwoshsVPN is a product by ioTegrity Technology Inc & Proud Panda Technology. registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) whereby our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are ruled by the laws administered in BVI. By utilizing SwoshsVPN services and its website, you hereby agree to our Terms of Service and the governing laws of the British Virgin Islands for all relative disputes and legal enquires. You also agree that any claims set forth against us for any reason must be dictated through arbitration above all alternative methods.
In the event of an arbitration, a representative must be employed with a strong understanding and knowledge of networking and technology in a court of competent jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands.
The representative in arbitration must employ a professional and strong background in the said arbitration. Any arbitration may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands unless all parties involved agree otherwise in another set court and signed a written agreement as proof of mutual consent.
SwoshsVPN believes everybody has the absolute right to access the internet free of censorship and tracking. However, minors are not subjected to using our Service. If the minor is under the supervision of a parent or guardian and mutual consent is formed, then the minor shall have access to SwoshsVPN’s services. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the minor understands the rights and responsibilities stated in this Document.
It is under such circumstances whereby we direct our services to individuals eighteen (18) years of age and older. Anyone below the age requirement who is unsupervised is prohibited from employing our services. The Agreement set forth is active when using our services. Any article that has been misinterpreted by the user and construed in an alternative manner, will seek the applicable law to enforce the original intent while still executing the intent of the Agreement. It is your responsibility to comprehend the right of this Agreement. Any failure to do so will not be grounded to a waiver of the Agreement.
